Introducing "Sudafed FluWatcher" – a dynamic and innovative approach to combating cold and flu outbreaks. The FluWatcher index functions like a weather forecast for cold and flu, utilising high-accuracy data sources. By amalgamating data from sources like Google Flu Trends, NHS, Government records, and Twitter keyword monitoring, Sudafed FluWatcher generates a live "Cold & Flu Index." This index utilises a traffic light colour-coded warning system (Red, Amber, Green) to indicate the prevalence of cold and flu in different areas, allowing individuals to make informed choices about where to go and how to protect themselves. Sudafed FluWatcher is fully digital and can be accessed via various platforms, including digital displays, smartphone apps, and wearable devices. Through a strategic campaign, Sudafed can promote the FluWatcher index, positioning itself as a trusted ally in health protection.
