Audi needed to introduce the innovative A3 Sportback e-tron, their first plug-in hybrid, to a wide audience and highlight its advanced technology and sustainable mobility in a competitive market.

Audi identified an opportunity to engage potential customers by showcasing the A3 e-tron at the "Audi e-tron Experience Centre" in Westfield, Stratford. The event aimed to demonstrate the car’s cutting-edge technology, combining a 75kW electric motor with a 1.4-litre TFSI petrol engine for exceptional efficiency and low emissions. By merging performance with sustainability, Audi could appeal to environmentally conscious drivers without sacrificing driving experience.

SOLUTION

Audi created an immersive event featuring interactive zones at the "Audi e-tron Experience Centre." Visitors explored the e-tron’s advanced features through virtual reality, personalised car configurations, and hands-on experiences with the charging system. The "Oculus Rift Zone" allowed attendees to virtually test-drive the e-tron, offering a 360-degree view of its technology and capabilities. By blending entertainment with education, Audi successfully demonstrated the future of sustainable driving, leading to increased awareness of their e-tron innovation and its real-world benefits.
